My husband and I saw Dr. Lewis for the first time yesterday after a change in insurance made us choose another opthamologist. We were a bit leery about the switch because we had been seeing our former Dr. for quite awhile, but this is an excellent switch! Dr. Lewis' staff was knowledgeable, helpful and very caring. Melinda has an instrument to measure pressure for a glaucoma check that is far superior to the "old" way of doing it. The Dr. was knowledgeable, interested in our past history and what we needed, and extremely caring. We are very happy with the switch!

Been going to Dr. Lewis for 28 years and he has performed a number of surgeries for me -- Lasik, cataract repair -- along with the usual annual visits and I have always found him and the staff to be excellent in every way: a great doctor, attentive, empathetic and most helpful. I always refer friends to him when asked, without hesitation.

I've been going to this office for years. Office staff is very friendly and wonderful. Dr. Gray is vey knowledge and answers all questions. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Every time I have been to this eye MD I have waited an hour past my appointment time to see a physician. The tech staff are very nice, but the MD was rude. I specifically asked when making the appointment how long I should allow so I could manage my schedule accordingly. They said max time would be one hour that I would be there, more likely 40-45 minutes. I approached the front desk staff when I had been waiting an hour past my appointment time to say that I would have to leave as I had to get to work and had not even seen the MD. The MD rounded the corner and they indicated they could now see me. I explained that I literally had to be going. No apologies, just a "ya we got really backed up". Mind you, I specifically heard the staff say that if a patient was more than 15 minutes late they would need to reschedule. I am a health care provider and understand that seeing patients on time is very important. This office needs some serious overall management focusing on customer relations! Unfortunately I will be looking for a new provider.

Seeing Dr. Lewis since 1995.He has performed 2 Lasik and cataract surgery.Very happy with all results.Professional and friendly with great customer service from staff.Will continue to see Dr Lewis for our annual checkups.

I was disappointed in the "bedside manner" of the staff here. My daughter has trouble with getting her eyes dilated as well as with the machine that looks at the back of the eye- and the nurse was clearly frustrated and down right rude to her. She literally said "You are way too big for me to have to hold you down." My daughter is 14, and I felt like this was disrespectful and demeaning. I will not be returning as the experience made her cry and was completely avoidable. A little compassion would be nice.

Dr. Rachel Lewis was so thorough and thoughtful in figuring out why my vision was askew even after the prescription was correct. I am grateful for her persistence and am seeing better already. Lea at the front desk was amazing and so kind and caring and educated me greatly.

I hadn't seen Dr. Lewis or his staff in years but the time came when we had to make sure our eyes were "aging appropriately!" From the front desk staff to Jake to Dr Lewis, everyone was absolutely wonderful.

The wait time on this particular Tuesday was a bit long, but I felt that the treatment was thorough and very professional. Thank you Dr. Lewis and staff for the good work you do.

Always professional always friendly. Always helpful with questions. I never feel rushed. He is a fabulous doctor and I highly recommend
