Pleasant and efficient front office staff. Scheduled appointment was on time. Procedure went smoothly. All assistants introduced themselves, were thorough and efficient. Dr. Tello is a gem. In addition to her friendly demeanor, her explanations during the procedure were helpful and reassuring. It’s obvious that Dr.Tello and her staff truly care about their patients.

I was very impressed with Dr. Tello and her staff. Dr. Tello was very wonderful. She explained exactly what she was doing and what the result would be. She was very cognizant of my pain level and kept asking how I was doing. She took the time to answer my questions and didn’t rush in and rush out. I felt I was receiving the best of care.

Dr. Tello and her team did an amazing job with pre-op information and post-op care. They were very professional and everything runs like a well-oiled machine. The surgery went great and Dr. Tello and her team provided constant information and updates on the progress and next steps. This was the first time I had Mohs surgery and Dr. Tello and her team took exceptional care to make me feel comfortable and looped in. I highly recommend their offices for all Mohs-related surgeries.
