I'll start by saying I haven't had good experiences in the past with acupuncture. My friend recommended Katie almost a year ago and my only regret now is that I waited so long to schedule my first appointment. Katie has changed my entire perspective on acupuncture and it now feels like an essential part of my self-care, physical and mental regulation and also a key part of my fertility planning. Katie has been a grounding energy, a re-assuring presence when things have felt unknown or stressful. She is a wealth of knowledge, she has given me a ton of great advice and support and I trust her. This is not even mentioning how incredibly relaxing and peaceful the acupuncture sessions are. It's an amazing meditative relaxation that I feel in my mind and body for the whole day and into my sleep afterwards. She is currently supporting me in my journey to try to conceive as I venture into the first stages of the IVF process.
