Had my well womens visit in August and received bill beginning of Oct when a yearly women's visit is suppose to be 100% covered. I called billing through CU medicine, they stated the clinic coded the visit incorrectly and must fix it. I have been calling the clinic EVERY week, spoke to 8 different people without resolution only unkept promise. I received a final notice warning this my go to collections so I paid it. Though it was only $30 it was the principle, who else is being billed falsely and just paying it!? Nobody followed up with me, I was forced to pay a bill I shouldn't have paid. Very upsetting, especially experiencing this as an employee and patient of UCH what a disappointment in patient care/customer service this has been. Please follow up on each appointment/bill you get as you may be paying for something you shouldn't, maybe someone else will see this and have better luck than I. Do better UCH.
THEY LISTEN N THEY THEY WILL CORRECT ANYTHING U HAVE WORRIES ABOUT,THEY R WONDERFUL
Stay away this Dr doesn't want to acknowledge knew illnesses. This Dr says dysautonomia is a made up illness.
ALWAYS behind. Most doctors are good which is why I give two stars. They do change out frequently (nature of a school) and that can be hard. I would not recommend unless you are okay waiting for over 30 minutes at minimum past your appointment time. Most of the time, it takes me over an hour, past my appointment time, before I am seen. You can find good doctors at another office that values everyone's time.
Today I had really bad experience in the A. f. Willams Clinic. We had an appointment today at 3:20pm but we were there at 3:26 pm and due to two person already in line we checked in at 3:34pm and we were waiting area to get my son checked because he had really bad HFMD symptoms and fussy but after sometimes someone told us that the provider who name was Julie Przekwas refused to check on him because we were late for 14 minutes than his appointment time. I know we had been to this clinic so many times and wait for more than 20 minutes to get checked sometimes but we never complain but today they refused to get check for the 17 months old baby who was suffering from pain. I was so embarrassed with the service and mostly with the provider who easily refused to check the baby patient. I ask in the front why this is happening but they said if the provider said no then they can’t do anything. I assume that how she can work as a provider like this in the healthcare industry.
Laura NP is a caring and knowledgeable provider.
They are usually on time.
Very knowledgeable A very kind, the best medical treatment possible. I've been going there for over a decade and Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I highly recommend this professional and compassionate team of Health Care Providers. They’re eager to help & incredibly knowledgeable.
This place has gone downhill the last couple of months! Never hear back from my primary care physician. Call and send numerous messages for prescription refills but never get sent to my pharmacy. Stay away from this place if you care about your health!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
