List of Uchealth Gynecology Clinic - Cherry Creek's Reviews
This location is a travesty. Do not go here. It is a disgrace. I’m disgusted with how I have been treated here. Zero consideration for their patients. I saw my doctor for the first time in March after waiting over 6 months for an appointment- got referred to this doctor because of BC risk. Doctor put me on RX for HRT, I started experiencing hair-loss, it took almost three weeks for someone to get back to me about potential side effects/adjusting my dose after multiple calls and messages on the portal. Went to office for a follow up in June. Tried to msg doctor in Sept on portal about RX and received notification that she was OOO until 2026. Called the office only to find out my doctor had left the practice in August!!! No notification. Finally received a letter from UC Health this week (Oct 27th) about Dr. leaving. Asked the individual whom I could speak with about my HRT Rx- they offered me an appointment with a nurse practitioner in March! I said I cannot wait until March- I need to talk to someone now about my dosage. They finally had someone send me a message about it- not even a call. They scheduled an appointment with another doctor in their practice for March. Received a call today telling me that they are cancelling my appointment with said doctor because I am considered a transfer patient and she’s not taking new patients. Care team didn’t know this when they scheduled me in September? What on earth is even going on at this circus????
Dr. Jacob Whitsitt and his staff were super great and easy to get along with! I got in fast when I needed to be evaluated due to a bleeding mole and Dr. Whitsitt also did my exam without having me see him again this year. He's pretty thorough and his assistant was great as well.
These people took great care of my mother with her ailments and had such a kind attitude. Best hospital in the state!
After waiting 3-4 months for an initial visit I had scheduled, I received a message canceling my appointment because the doctor is "not going to be in the clinic" that day. I called to follow up per the message and was offered a new appointment that was an additional two months away. I asked if anything else could be done since the cancelation was not my fault. The person with whom I spoke said she would send a high priority message requesting something earlier. I got a call back offering me an appointment that was more than two months away with a nurse practitioner or one that was 3 months away with the doctor I originally scheduled with. So even worse than what I was offered the day before. This is unacceptable.
This place has the worst customer service. I called multiple times about a prior authorization and was told something different each time I called. I was told by one person the prior authorization would take 7-10 business days and I was told by another person it would take 7-14 business days. Each time I called they either said they were 'working on it' or they were waiting for something from my insurance company. The information I received differed depending on who I was talking to. I honestly don't think the staff answering the phone are very informed and I feel like I was given the runaround. They were extremely unhelpful and worst of all they weren't understanding of my situation and were very unsympathetic.
Believe the bad reviews. I waited 8 months to see a doctor here that is recognized by the National Menopause Society. She may be knowledgeable, but she is completely indifferent to patients. I honestly get the feeling she doesn't even like patients. I've had terrible complications from an IUD insertion and can't even get a response. I'm now on my third week out of work from this and can't even get a phone call back or a response in my chart. Googling how to remove this one my own now. NOTE: if anyone does get the IUD, DON'T GET THE STRINGS CUT. You may have to remove this IUD yourself at home and it's a lot harder with shorter strings. If you're looking for poor health care as woman, where you are treated as less than human, this is the place to go.
Very friendly and efficient staff. In and out quickly. But if you go this winter (and maybe spring) be prepared to search for a way into their garage due to street construction.
Had a lady yell at me on the phone because I didn't want to schedule an appointment to "talk." (I need a surgical procedure done, not a consultation.) I had a referral sent in twice to get a surgical procedure done. I informed her I couldn't do the procedure after October and she started beating the phone and yelling, blaming herself about talking a vacation and she didn't get to my referral before my insurance lapsed. (No one said it was her fault.) If you plan on getting assistance at this place just know that they beat on the phone and scream at you because of their personal problems. Not sure what that was about.
Finally got referral for neck pain. Got appointment. The I got a letter telling me there 'could be' a $121.25 'facility fee'. Because I need to chip in to pay the janitorial and cafeteria workers, security & IT workers. From my already overextended SS check. Could not find out if it was covered....insurance company United Healthcare just couldn't figure it out. On chat & online for 1 1/2 hours. Tried for 3 days. Finally cancelled the appointment. They want me to walk in blind basically not knowing how much I could owe. Nope, already have 2-$90 & 1-$15 co-pay hanging over my head.
I want to shout out to the UC Health Audiology personnel as they are just dedicated and Stacy Kolb is just a true professional. Also, the front office desk has the best two that I've ever seen. Ashley Gomez and Jamie Green are just amazing at how they make each and every patient feel so welcome. I have been a patient with the audiology department since 1964 and I appreciate how the Cherry Creek office is a very dedicated one.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
