Early days, but thus far I am very happy with Dr Sean Cowley and with this clinic.
Finally got referral for neck pain. Got appointment. The I got a letter telling me there 'could be' a $121.25 'facility fee'. Because I need to chip in to pay the janitorial and cafeteria workers, security & IT workers. From my already overextended SS check. Could not find out if it was covered....insurance company United Healthcare just couldn't figure it out. On chat & online for 1 1/2 hours. Tried for 3 days. Finally cancelled the appointment. They want me to walk in blind basically not knowing how much I could owe. Nope, already have 2-$90 & 1-$15 co-pay hanging over my head.
I want to shout out to the UC Health Audiology personnel as they are just dedicated and Stacy Kolb is just a true professional. Also, the front office desk has the best two that I've ever seen. Ashley Gomez and Jamie Green are just amazing at how they make each and every patient feel so welcome. I have been a patient with the audiology department since 1964 and I appreciate how the Cherry Creek office is a very dedicated one.
This place definitely gets a gold star for customer service!!! I was scheduled for what I thought was a bone density exam but the technician was walking me to the lab for bloodwork. I asked I thought this was a bone density exam. After back and forth about the appointment the technician looked up my order and sure enough I was booked in the wrong section. She then proceeded to tell me that they normally don't take walk ins but I can ask. So the technician walked me to the correct office and sure enough I received the same canned statement. I then said I took the day off for this is there a way i can get in? The clerk went to the back and asked a technician and sure enough she said I can get fit in. All in all the procedure took about10 minutes. Way less time than to drive to the appointment and the hassle of figuring it out but it's done and all came out well. And I can't forget to mention about the great valet service I received as well. Top notch!!!
Avoid the Rheumatology department at all costs and doctor Seligman. I would not know what she specializes in because she does not run any tests whatsoever and is completely dismissive of whatever you tell her. I got absolutely zero care from this doctor. Tried to complain and move my care to another location and had the worst experience ever. Originally was told I was going to be helped and that I would be contacted in 48 hours only to be told that it would take another 2 weeks until someone reviews my case and it is left up to them if they want to take my case. I let them know that I am firing Seligman and that I should be allowed to simply get another Rheumatologist as a new patient considering that she simply collected my copays and did absolutely nothing. This is ridiculous. This proves the healthcare system is broken. Meanwhile I am suffering with my autoimmune disorder or disorders and they don't seem to care. This is both from the Cherry Creek Medical Center and Anschutz.
Love everyone in the urology department. I'm received nothing but kindness, respect, & compassion by all the nurses & staff at the front desk & in the urology dep. I cannot brag enough about 2 of the nurses that always care for me & do my tube changes. Alondra & Ladon are just the best! I feel so comfortable around them & they always great me with such big smiles. My urologist there is Nina Casanova who is beyond amazing!! I've been with her since before she was even at UCHealth & am so happy I continued care with her into UCHealth. Nothing but love, kindness, & compassion there :)
Excellent Lab for Walk-Ins I like the availability of the lab here, located on the second floor. There's a parking entrance at the front. The lobby is a bit tight, but nice.
I’ve been a UCHealth patient since 2019, and Cherry Creek is by far one their most effective, efficient, caring, and competently run facilities. Dr. Parker is my Cardiologist, and the most knowledgeable I’ve ever met - and I’ve met a lot. My last spent a total of 7 minutes with me over the course of two years. Dr. Parker took his time covering my questions regarding Dysautonomia, checked on my calcium build-up via a CT, and connected me with the UCHEALTH Cardiac Rehab, where I was able to enroll in the Levine Protocol, which has changed my life. His NP Katherine Marie Sabin has addressed all of my questions and concerns in full, taking each one seriously. And this has been key for me, as often once you leave the doctor’s office that’s it till next time. And, recently I was trying to connect with another doctor in the same practice but accidentally reached out to their secondary location, where I was sent round and round in circles for nearly three three weeks. As soon RN Kristen Patrick here at Cherry Creek was alerted of the situation, she scheduled me for a one hour new patient appointment, next month! If I could, I’d send the whole facility lunch on me!
Great service!! Super fast and easy check in. No wait at all for anything. I was out in 10 minutes really unbelievable. And the staff was very friendly!!
I came to this medical center for an ultrasound. First off, this office is in Cherry Creek and looks the part: classy, new, clean, with stylish design touches including a fireplace in the lounge. I believe they have a free parking lot, but I parked on the street right next to the office. The receptionists in the radiology center were super friendly, and the self-check in process I did online before-hand worked flawlessly: no paper work to do in the building. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen 5 minutes BEFORE my appointment time! Lindsay, the ultrasound technician, was very friendly and made the 20 minute ultrasound fly by. I was in an out within half an hour, which vastly exceeds medical experiences I've had in other clinics. Can't fault it, have been hyper pleased with the UC Health system across the board.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
