Think they have changed ownership a few times and trying to get into a good groove/leadership/workers. I think my skin looks amazing when I leave there. Love the botox and the hydra facials. I've never had a negative experience there.

I have been going to V/O mef spa for a few years now. This time I received Botox the results are great on my 11 & forehead. But the last week my left eyelid is drooping & my eyebrow lift on the left side droops too. I read there is nothing that can be done but wait. Think I will change spas.

Great facial from their experienced esthetician! My skin looked and felt amazing for days, got a membership and am excited about regular facials. Seems a must do as one ages

Stephanie was my injection RN for Botox and my first lip filler and she was amazing! Not only is the shape of my lips stunning, but she did an excellent job of educating me along the way. She checked in throughout the appointment on pain levels, and made sure I knew what options were available to keep me comfortable through the injection, which was such a thoughtful touch. Could not recommend her more! She and the front staff also made sure I was aware of the Alli promotions which was so thoughtful.

Good place to get your face and body rejuvenated!!! Their new injector Stephani is great!!! Please VIO don't lose this one!!! She's personable, has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable in what she does.

Not good, people. Try somewhere else. My botox treatment left my forehead fallen. I could barely open my eyes for about 6 weeks. I think they used too much botox. They charged me for every unit. When I came back they said "that's bad" and offered me a heat pack. And if you pre-pay for services, good luck getting a resolution. Their policy is no refunds. They'll be happy to cancel services but they won't refund your money. And believe me, you will want to cancel that second service.

Don't take a chance with these guys. There are plenty of spas in Denver. VioMed Spa likes to pre-sell services and memberships and then they make up reasons why they can't honor their agreements. For example, they pre-sold me a package of three facials. When I purchased the package of facials I made it clear that I was bringing my daughters for facials. Then when I called to schedule the facials they said that I could not use the pre-purchased facials for my daughters. What What? "That's right", they said. And, "No refunds" they said. And, although the advertisement for the pre-sold facials said that the facials could be used within 365 days and said nothing about memberships, I could only use these three pre-paid facials in the next month. What What? Don't take a chance. There are plenty of spas in Denver.
