I have had back/neck/shoulder pain for a year or so and honestly I feel no pain or discomfort anymore. Garryn does an evaluation prior to any work to review your needs, wants, pain tolerance, health/wellness, lifestyle and stressors to appropriately determine the best treatment with you. She is completely holistic and clearly demonstrates a VAST knowledge of her entire field. I had never done cupping or acupuncture, but it was recommended to me by my brother who used to play HS bball. I first signed up for cupping, and we did both cupping and acupuncture. It’s clear she really knows the importance of the work she does, and how to do it very well. I’m not kidding when I say I called my best friend afterwards and said “that woman is a miracle worker. I’d marry her if I could”. I went back once again afterwards for a longer appointment of both cupping/acupuncture. I told her what worked really well and what still needed work. I now feel NOOO pain, which to me is a miraculous. I had pain in certain spots that no longer feel any pain. At one point my neck HURT just to turn it, I’m owl now with this turn radius. If you are considering acupuncture, cupping, massage or any service Garryn provides I HIGHLY recommend it. Worth EVERY penny. She is welcoming, kind, impressive and miraculous.
