Place is a joke.

I'm visiting family from out of town, and had symptoms of a UTI. I was here a few minutes before they opened, and called from the parking lot. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was in and out within 1 hour with a prescription called in. Thanks to all of the staff for making this process as smooth and quick as possible. I highly recommend if you need care quickly!

By far the best Urgent Care around! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I needed to be seen quickly, as I felt terrible. After I called, they got me in as soon as they could and gave me several tests. They found out what the problem was and got me all taken care of. My daughter went in the next day to get a test done, and came home telling me how nice everyone was. This was a completely different experience from another Urgent Care in town. Other than a great doctor there, their staff is rude and unaccommodating. I will be going to Durango Urgent Care from now on.

Great family-owned local business with caring and knowledgable staff who believe in character, community and integrity. Shoot, I didn't even have to sit in the waiting room and my appointment took less than an hour. Keep up the good work!

Great place to go for if you have a problem! Fast, the caregivers are very welcoming and the doctors are fantastic! Never felt more comfortable in a doctor's office. Great job y'all and thank you for the best service!

Really pleased with my experience at this place. Was quickly seen by a nurse who couldn t have been nicer and, though the wait for PA was longer, she was extremely thorough. She listened carefully to my history of the illness and very carefully considered treatment plans. Staff also explained the different pharmacy locations. I highly recommend going here if medical care is needed.

I called before going in and glad I did. They said they didn't have long wait times today, possibly due to COVID kicking back up...at any rate, I went in and was the only patient there, I have never had that experience at an Urgent Care before. I was seen quickly. I appreciated Dr. James Pitts's candid recommendations, referrals, and tips on staying healthy and possible health insurance change for the coming year under the new president. All important things to hear. Thank you ~ I will come here again.

Went today for an issue requiring some serious compassion. Dr. Jessie didn't disappoint. She was wonderful. Thorough physical exam, actually listened to me, and only about a 2 hr ordeal total, which is great for an urgent care/walk in.We've used this Urgent Care before and have never been disappointed. Good medicine. Compassionate people. Clean office.

I came in today with some chest pain and breathing issues. The staff was absolutely wonderful from the clinical assistant, receptionist, X-ray tech (so friendly ) and of course Dr Frost. She spent so much time with me and was in no hurry to release me until she had the info she needed. First class operation !
