Bradley had such a nasty attitude, sad to see them being rude to people who are actually in severe pain
DR. Ryan Martyn did a disc fusion surgery after having a total spine surgery failure by another doctor in another state. He fixed that mistake with a disc fusion. I now can walk up straight, no pain. I feel like a new woman. Thank God for his expertise and compassion with me because I was so scared to do a 2nd spine surgery. I have already given his name to other people with spine pain.
I cannot recommend a second opinion enough, when it comes to this place. My husband came in after a work related injury and was on a workman’s compensation claim. First, they somehow obtained his personal insurance information from the clinic we received the referral. It was put on file even though they knew this was a workman’s comp claim. The lady up front would not remove his personal insurance information, and assured it would not be used for any bills. That was a blatant lie, since we literally had to contact his personal health insurance and have this particular office blocked from sending bills for the entire claim, because one visit was billed and unable to be reversed. Second, just know if you’re going to be receiving any major surgical procedure (and I would consider back surgery major) your doctor should spend more than an average of 5-10 minutes speaking to you about your MRI, and assuring you on how “good you will feel” after a surgery. Being that we’re a younger couple who have never dealt with major surgery, we were unaware of how the process should go. It was only after surgery with this place, and needing further care, that we became aware just how backwards their practices are. Third, the doctor my husband saw is still with this practice. Immediately after surgery, he nitpicked my husband’s size- a factor he was well aware of before performing surgery on my husband’s back. My husband is not a small man by any means, but he had lost at minimum 30+ lbs. before surgery, and the doctor in question didn’t require additional weight loss before initiating surgery. After surgery and the procedure seeming to be a total flop- given that my husband was in more severe pain even after the anticipated 4-6 week recovery period- the doctor’s professional advice was “motion is lotion” and that my husband’s pain would subside if he just moved more. Given that my husband underwent an additional back surgery later the same year, from a different clinic and surgeon, motion was never the issue. Save yourself the pain and possible further medical intervention- GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!
I was referred here for thoracic spine pain. PA was dismissive and would not listen. She told me it was probably my Fibromyalgia in my neck "breaking off" and going to my thoracic spine. It is pretty sad that this is the kind of joke medical care you receive in this town. Dr was uncaring, dismissive, rude and obviously not knowledgeable about what she was talking about. Would not recommend.
I had back surgery and travelled to Colorado from Albuquerque to get the best care possible. It was worth the trip. Dr. Orndorff, Lance, Brigid, and the rest of the staff were caring, professional and respectful. I am very thankful to them all.
Dr. Santos is great!
Not the experience I thought I'd have after waiting so long to figure out why I'm in pain.
This place doesn't work with the VA. How 😔... Go out and defend this country for what this kind of respect.
Excellent care professionals.
Your in competent hands with the team of Spine Colorado from start to finish.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
