Crystal W. Roney's Online Review Report Card

I moved here a year ago from CA. and wanted an internist who was in Eagle. I called and made an appointment and the next day I met Dr. Roney, who was delightful, spent time answering all my questions, and made me feel like I was important. never felt that way in CA. Since then I have met with her via Teledoc, needed antibiotics for travel, all which were appointments made within 24 hours of seeing her. I can't tell you enough how happy I am with her counsel and wisdom in the medical field.

I went in to get counseling and address what I presumed to be a panic attack. Instead of counseling I was prescribed a suppressive medication that affected my body and mind greatly. After researching the medication I found it was listed by poison control. I had my system flushed by a different doctor at another hospital but allowed myself to be talked into the medication again at my follow up appointment. I was sick for an additional week after just one dose.

I have seen a lot of doctors for my severe chronic pain and have never met someone as rude and uncaring as Dr. Roney. She was very late for all of my appointments. She didn’t remember who I was, and stared at her computer screen the whole time, even when I was in tears. She never says goodbye and you don’t know what you are finished with the visit. If you have medical issues, run far away from her.

Dr. Roney and her staff have been thorough, thoughtful, and effective... not to mention not having to wait, the appointment time is the appointment time. well, I have been suffering with pain for years. Dr Roney never gave up until she discovered I had a hard to detect Cancer. Because of her, I'm now a cancer survivor instead of a cancer statistic.

Dr. Roney is knowledgeable and compassionate. She grew up in the valley and is passionate about helping people.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roney's practice for 5 years. She is sharp, really seems to care, and makes you feel she has all the time in the world to talk to you.

I've been a patient now for 4 years and have had only the best experiences Dr. Roney and her staff. The information and treatments have been effective and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Dr. Roney for anyone looking for a caring physician for themselves and family.

I've been with Dr Roney for 5 years now and she is great! Dr Ronney is on top of things when it comes to my health and is extremely efficient, knowledgable and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that she is only in Eagle twice a week but she is definitely one of the best Doctors I've seen. By the way she was reccomended to my by a friend that is now a nurse.
