I received extraordinary care at Vail Valley Surgery Center a month ago during my shoulder surgery! EVERYONE from pre-surgery through post-surgery were incredibly kind, professional and at the top of their field. I have never experienced such quality of care in any other medical setting. Special thanks to Flora, Joe and Josh for taking such good care of me! Jessica, my nurse anesthetist, was awesome as well! Massive thanks to all of you!

All of the nurses and surgery center staff took very good care of me. They are very organized and think of everything. I felt very confident in their care. Physical therapist, Phillip, was very helpful at easing my concerns before surgery and helping me start to be mobile after surgery. Thank you!

To begin, there are two distinctly different teams who work at this facility. To begin on a good note, the surgery team is amazing. Super professional and excel within their craft. The administrative/rest of the staff are completely incompetent. They lost multiple peoples reservations, way over priced the procedure (surgery team came out to correct to proper price), failed to communicate to patients at check-in of proper check in procedures, and we’re blatantly rude to patients when they ask basic questions. God bless the surgery team, burn the administration.

Beware, the facility does not stick to their estimate. I am out of network and they doubled what they said the cost would be. The surgery went well and completely as planned, taking the exact time they estimated. Then they stuck me with a double charge. I'm a physician and I understand billing. Even the surgery team thought the charge was incorrect. This is surprise billing and completely unfair.

My husband just had hip replacement surgery last week and we cannot thank VVSC enough for all their assistance pre and post surgery. My husband was there until late into the evening the day of his surgery and we never felt rushed by any one. A huge shout out to Macala (day nurse) and Nathan (night nurse) for all their help and patience during my husband's post surgery recovery. They were the best!

Professional and caring with an emphasis on patient comfort. EVERYONE from the admissions representative the pre-op and post-op nursing staff made me feel safe, secure and did everything possible to make a scary day much less so. AND with a sense of humor which is so amazing given the high pressure environment. If you have to have surgery THIS is the place to go.

This is a phenomenal facility with a wonderful staff of caring professionals. Every single person supporting my procedure was extremely kind and proficient with giving post procedure instructions. I can say this this place has given me the best medical care I have ever received. I am truly blessed that this facility, including my doctors, are providers in my insurance plan. I am eternally grateful for the doctor, staff, and the the high quality of facility and services provided. Thank you.
