List of Brian Bishop's Reviews
21 year patient of Dr. Bishop. Very personal, interested in patients' questions.
I have been seeing Dr. Bishop for many years, and will not see anyone else! He has always taken the time to talk with me and listen to my concerns which can be hard to find in medical care.
He takes his time and does a thorough exam.
I had Dr Bishop when I lived in Littleton. A great Dr. I never saw any arrogance. I live in WY now. I have lived in MT, CA and now WY. I certainly miss his kind, caring attitude. The best PC Dr I have ever had. GAYLE OTREMBA
Dr. Bishop is the best doctor that has ever cared for me. He is a skilled physician that has always taken the time to properly address my concerns and he has always accurately diagnosed and resolved my medical issues. He is kind and compassionate and he has also greatly assisted me with some mental wellness concerns. Dr. Bishop is a great doctor, but more importantly, he is also a great person! I highly recommend him!
First visit and he took the time to assess My concerns. I look forward to having him as my primary care doctor.
Dr. Bishop is great, he is very to the point and will be truthful and honest with how your treatment plan is going and what would most like you benefit you more. He is really good about weighing in on the benefit versus harm in his practice. I am young and in my 20s and think that he is easy to talk to.

On the positive side, Dr Bishop seems to be well educated and generally knowledgeable about internal medicine (hence two stars instead of one). On the down side, he is arrogant and misses routine health care recommendations. I have to remember when my vaccines are due and when to schedule my next colonoscopy or pap smear. At my last visit, he argued with me about doing a blood-related work up, then proceeded to miss ordering about 40% of the required tests, all the while treating me as if I knew nothing. Mind you, I was a hematology-oncology physician myself and worked at Cedars Sinai for over 20 years. Arrogance is not something I practice, nor tolerate.
I’m a paraplegic that had Dr. Bishop as a PCP for several years. When I asked him if he could help me out with some paperwork for a service dog, Dr. Bishop said that I didn’t need a service dog and that they are for blind people; even though I use my Mastiff to help me stand when out in public. Don’t waste your time, find a doctor you treats you reasonably based on your condition... not based on outdated, preconceived notions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
