Rushing out the door over a patient that isn't clear on what to say in the moment, also. So many questions and the guy is hanging onto the door. Told me I needed laser surgery and I guess that's all the information I needed. He hasn't explained anything. I now have another black spot developed in the other eye, hernia.

I would not recommend Dr. Joondeph. He was rushed, unfriendly, uncaring, and did not seem to want to give me more details about aftercare for the cryopexy procedure he performed on my eye. He did ask if I had any questions (after I told him I was in pretty bad pain), but how does one think of questions to a doctor when you haven't been given much information and you are in pain and he's halfway out of the door?

Has bizarrely contributed articles to extremist right wing publications casting fear and doubt on COVID vaccines, using his M.D. title to leverage some credibility to unfounded claims used to attack Fauci, Democrats, liberals. All while conveniently leaving out the fact that the scope of his expertise is to eyes, not infectious disease. As such, he should be barred form practicing medicine.

I was left with complications after retinal surgery on my 2nd eye. He didn't seem to take them seriously or even care. Very disappointing to me since my first surgery went well.

Emergency visit for torn retina, Dr. Joondeph’s office got me in less than two hours from regular eye Dr. He’s a very nice physician and repaired my retina with laser surgery. Excellent office & staff!

I'm surprised to see negative reviews about him. Actually he is a great virtrectomy surgeon. My vision on my left eye is vastly improved with no floaters and he repaired some retina tears on the eye with laser tool He is really nice and caring person! Since I'm very comfortable with him so I asked him to do the vitrectomy surgery on my next right eye in early December. You will like him when you see him.
