CBSI is just a joke and ripoff. Either they don't understand the patients problems and/or they just want to keep their patients be permanent customer regardless of pain that patients are experiencing. I had 4-5 Steroid injection in my lower back for an unknown reason to me. Those injections worked only for 24hrs , and when I sked for alternative treatment like Acupuncture they even didn't want to talk about it and refused to recommend it to Medicare who said they will cover it if my doctor recommends such treatment. I won't recommend CBSI to any body, find other facility you'll be better off. Shame on CBSI. MR

I have received the ultimate level of care care at BNS I I'm so impressed with the level of specialty hair that I have received and continue to receive makes me feel safe things will be okay ultimately with such a urgent situation with my spine this team was able to pull it together and make things happen thank goodness

Dr. Elliot is hands down the best neurosurgeon!! After getting the run around at my other healthcare facility regarding followup care on a VP Shunt, Dr. Elliot knew exactly what to do.

I can’t imagine going to any other Neurosurgeon. Dr Elliott did my first of (3)surgeries in 2008. I’ll be having my 4th in May. I’m calm about it because I’ve NEVER had a problem after any surgery. I trust him completely. After this upcoming back surgery… I’ll be getting ready for my 3rd Gamma, hopefully. Thanks Doc

Dr. Elliot and his staff are terrific! Doc was so calm and down to earth, I left my appointment feeling optimistic that he will repair my back.He gave me hope. My X-rays were shipped overnight, and hadn’t arrived for my Tele-visit. The staff worked hard to accommodate me. it meant a lot to me that they understood my angst about the possibility of having to reschedule the appointment I had waited months for.
