List of Florida Cancer Specialists And Research Institute's Reviews
Never got past the front door.Talked with two different people on the phone. Both were very unfriendly and uncaring of my needs. Not a place I choose to get an Infusion or anything else
I was referred to Florida Cancer Specialist by my family Doctor for further testing. The very first thing that happened as I entered the office area was that I was greeted by a friendly smile at the reception desk. Good afternoon. How are you I was asked? In my early 80s the word cancer scares the heck out of me. This friendly greeting put my mind at easy. After the usual blood work I was introduced to a Doctor Blessy Jacobs. A wonderful and caring Doctor. After my relatively short visit I was on my way home feeling so much better than before I arrived. My sincere thank you to Doctor Blessy Jacobs and the entire staff of The Florida Cancer Specialists for making my visit as pleasant as possible. My second visit occurred today. It was even more pleasant than the initial visit. I thank everyone so much. Especially Doctor Blessy Jacobs.
After 1 year. So far things going well all nurses great
Absolutely awful. The nurse was googling the medicine she was requested to give by the doctor because she didnt know what it was for. The doctor walks past you multiple times without saying a word. The say they order things for patients however do not actually send the order.
Go elsewhere for your cancer treatment. Out of state is your best bet.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
