We've employed Homewatch for the past 8 months for my 90 year old mother. Recently we needed to switch caregivers in order to find a better fit. Roger and his team handled this request and change quickly with professionalism and ease. The transition was incredibly smooth and comfortable for my Mom. We now have a new caregiver team of two who are a good match. My Mom feels confident in the care and support she's receiving. Roger and his team put the needs of the client and their family first and show great empathy and sensitivity to our requests.

Roger and his crew are like a family. Whenever any of their clients from our church has died, all the caregivers have come to the memorial service. They have helped dozens of people from our church, both long and short term and everyone has had nothing but good things to say about their care.
