Friendly, helpful staff and Dr Wallington was right on point, giving me a clear diagnosis and treatment options

Dr. Wallington is very kind. He described my problem in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend him.

From the minute you enter the office you are warmly greeted. This was the third time I saw Dr. Wallington. I have found him to be an excellent Doctor. He has a wonderful bedside manner which is quite important to someone like me who has Doctor anxiety. Dr. Wallington explained my issues in layman terms. You never feel rushed and he is willing to answer all questions no matter how trivial.I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing spinal issues.

Everything about this visit with Dr. Sharp and his staff was excellent. I was processed immediately when I arrived, waited about 5 min before being taken back to an exam room. The Medical Technician took some medical information and had me wait for the X-ray Tech - she arrived in about 10min. The whole process was well orchestrated. The staff were efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Sharp was so very kind and helpful evaluating both my feet and reviewing bunion surgery options available with before and after surgery file x-rays.

Dr. Wallington is personable and listens. I have seen some improvement in my lower back pain with the therapies that he's suggested to me. I'd recommend him.

Edit to explain why lowering from 2 to 1 star 5/1/23 Speaking with Lisa from his office is ALWAYS a challenge. We had been contacting his office a week in advance since I needed a refill on my prescription. The pharmacy never heard back. I eventually am down to my last pill and still nothing. I spoke with another person in the office who is supposed to call me back after lunch. It is ALWAYS a nitemare dealing with this office. Far and away, the poorest I've been treated at any Dr office. The canned response to poor reviews are a dead giveaway that this is just a bad Dr office. Original review Went in and saw Dr Wallington and while it felt like he listened and had options that gave me hope, he also prescribed medicine that the insurance company contested. I called the office for them to provide prior authorization and I was told his assistant would reach out to me with an answer. More than 24 hours later, no one reached out and I called back to explain that I was in a lot of pain. Finally I spoke to his assistant who said they did not receive the message until earlier the same afternoon. If the person from the office handling my case will be out of the office, why is my case not picked up by someone else? I was clear from the start that I'm in a lot of pain and it just didn't seem to be taken seriously. I was finally able to connect with the assistant later in the afternoon and she was at least helpful and apologetic so I'll adjust the review as I continue on this process.

I was acting on a referral from my spine surgeon. He suspected a neuroma in my foot. Dr. Sharp respected the suspicion, but was not satisfied. He patiently listened to my past problems in the foot, and considered them throughout the appointment. He explained the possible problems, x-rayed, and took patient time to explain what was going on. He took the most conservative route of treatment - a cortisone injection - and did it. I highly, highly recommend him to help your foot problems.

I came in with sharp shooting pain in very specific area in my foot. Without hesitation Dr. Sharp examined, got an X-ray and determined I fractured 2 bones in my metatarsal . Thanks for being an amazing, caring dr!!!

Dr. Sharp is a skilled surgeon and is helping me to regain my ability to walk without pain. After trying steroid injections and other procedures, we agreed that the best remedy was a total ankle replacement. Dr. Sharp recently performed that surgery. I have now begun my recovery from that surgery and Dr. Sharp is closely monitoring my progress.

I received excellent care by the whole team at every appointment.
