Dr. Chiang & her team were WONDERFUL! I have been to several dermatologist offices and have never had an experience like I did today, and I wasn't even the patient!! She had done work I've seen before, and admired how little scarring there was. Today we went in for a minor procedure for my son. We both felt comfortable and relaxed in the office. My son felt cared for during his procedure as well. I would highly recommend & encourage you to visit C Dermatology to anyone. My family will be making the trip to this office for all our future dermatologist needs! Thank you Dr. Chiang, you're amazing!

Dr. Chiang abuses her staff, belittles them in front of each other and patients, micromanages them, and takes no accountability for her behavior. This is not an environment anyone should be subjected to as an employee or support as a patient. This is unacceptable and appalling. We should expect more from our health-care providers.

You deserve better. She may be competent medically (I just used her for mole check & freezing them) but I found her manner quite rude and dismissive. She had curt answers to my questions, was very impatient and rushed through the appointment. I went back a couple more times and encountered more of the same, so finally found another dermatologist. In my experience, her behavior was simply unprofessional.

Had a Telehealth appointment recently and spent more time giving them payment information to charge for the visit than addressing my concern. I saw the doctor for less than a minute in which she prescribed a $200 medication despite making it clear that cost is a concern. Very disappointed and am looking for other dermatologist options.

I just had an update on my Botox and filler (juvederm). Getting a natural look that brightens my face, but doesn't give me that perpetual surprised look is a goal, and Dr. Chiang is supportive of my conservative goals with these products. I chose Dr Chiang because she is a dermatologist; they know the skin, the layers of the skin, the nerves, the blood vessel locations, and much more!First, we remove all my makeup, then take pictures on her iPad. We discuss the areas of my face I want to improve/enhance. Today, I chose the mannequin lines (from lip corners downward (Yes, get rid of those with some Juvederm filler!). Then the deep lines from my nose to cheek corners (Yes, give me a more youthful appearance!). I also have a little sleep crease that is relieved and straightened out with a little Botox.A couple of Botox injections on the side brighten my eyes. A little in the forehead takes the frown lines away! Yes! Now, I know I won't look 20 again, but wow, I'm a pretty good 50 something!Dr. Chang consults on all the things you want. She tells you what deals she has going on, and if you are a repeat customer, you might have points that translate into discounts. Once you agree on a price, you pay while she gathers the things needed. She checks in to let you see in the mirror to see if you are happy and if anymore filler is needed. Once you are happy, she takes the after pictures. This helps her to know each time what you want! For filler, she applies an injected numbing medicine as well that is included in the price. You receive an instruction sheet for after care or any problems. I am very happy with my results today!

I had a good experience with Dr. Chiang. My condition was medical, not aesthetic: I couldn't tell if it was a minor issue that could be self-treated or something else. The condition was treated in the office that day and I was [given] a topical product to take home and finish the job. It worked. Dr. Chiang answered my questions and the staff was friendly. I have since contacted her office about questions on a different, aesthetic condition -- which I'm debating whether to see a doctor about -- and once again the staff was friendly, through email and by phone. On a personal level, Dr. Chiang was professional and I felt comfortable and respected. If not, I wouldn't have contacted her office later for a different condition. Finally, there were no further appointments scheduled or products prescribed, so it was no-hassle and affordable.
