We have called her office for months trying to get prescriptions renewed, or new prescriptions signed and dated. She is impossible to reach, and does not respond to provider follow ups.

Dr Bracht has been an excellent epileptologist at a former clinic and diagnosed me with sleep apnea when she was at a smaller group. It is difficult to reach her at her current group, due to a central phone number for over 25 locations in the Denver area.

Worst office ever. Dr. doesn't keep the patient file updated with medications, controlled prescriptions have never been correct (dosage, strength, medication, length of time, etc), pre-authorizations are sent to insurance wrong. My husband has had to take days off work because he's run out of meds waiting on the office to get it right. It is impossible to speak with anyone in the office, you are routed through a useless answering service.

She did not listen nor was deeply interested in improving my health. She was stubborn and not interested in the history of my health. She only was protecting other doctor's errors. She was assumptive and not open to MY medical issues. She did not help me at all. I would never recommend her.

Previously saw an wonderful neurologist, specializing in sleep disorders, who gave me such hope for sleep deprivation relief. He was knowledgeable about how sleep was harder for people with autism, and he had many strategies for us to try to help my son sleep better. He moved, and we waited four months for an appointment with Dr. Bracht. She was very knowledgeable, but was short with us, and actually scolded my adult autistic son for cracking his knuckles. After our visit, my son wondered why she was so rude. I wondered too.

Wonderful and kind staff. I feel that they do all they can to answer any and all questions and are up front about the fees. They call a couple days ahead to remind me of my appointments and that is above and beyond. Dr. Bracht is amazing and makes the visit very comfortable. I have been seizure free since my move to CO from TX and she has been my neurologist since the move. I feel she is a God send for me. I couldn't be happier.
