Open and honest conversation

No followups on patients ordered labs. No reviews to the ordered labs to address abnormal values. Nobody return calls. Front desks don’t answer phone calls. Everything is rushed. Their documentation doesn’t reflect what was done in the actual visit or examined.

Dr Capin is interested in her patients. She takes time to converse and listen. A medical assistant records her comments as she assesses bodily skin conditions. The assistant also takes pictures of any spots Dr Capin wishes to compare in future visits. It is time well spent.
