My experience at RMA was amazing as it resulted in a successful addition to my family. The team is very friendly. The use of the portal was very helpful as I always felt comfortable to ask questions with a short response rate. Dr. Constantini is absolutely amazing! She always made me feel very comfortable and remained professional at all times. I truly trusted my process in her hands and recommended her to anyone looking to grow their family. I wish I started the process earlier as it was not nearly as scary as i initially expected.

Dr. Constantini is patient caring and compassionate. She’s very knowledgeable, honest and will tell you her opinion but she also allows her patients to make their own decisions (within reason) and is supportive in the process. If for some reason things don’t go as planned she will always approach the situation with positivity and a fresh outlook but most importantly, with compassion. Although RMA as a whole has some processes and staff left to be desired, Dr. Costantini is the only reason I stayed the course. I never had a problem speaking with her if I needed her. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or that my questions or concerns where irrelevant or unimportant. The infertility journey can be difficult and I think the bedside manner of your doctor can make a world of difference. Dr. Costantini helped me navigate some difficult decisions and I’m glad I had her to guide me. I highly recommend her.

Our experience with Dr Costantini has been beyond excellent. She has always taken her time with all of our questions and concerns and has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. Most importantly of all, she gave us our beautiful and healthy miracle baby who just recently turned 6 months old! Dr Costantini and the nurse Eliza (I hope I am spelling that right) have been such a blessing in our lives, thank you a million times over!

We love Dr. Costantini!! Not only did she help us grow our family but she became like family to us. She is by far one of the most caring doctors I have ever encountered. She was always extremely attentive to our needs and did her best to ensure our protocol would work for us. Thanks to her we have two amazing kids. We definitely miss her when we are not ttc. She is the best doctor and I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Costantini is honestly the best - we found her to be so knowledgeable, understanding, and determined to help us achieve our end goals. We’ve referred friends to her as well, with amazing results. We are currently 35 weeks pregnant with #2 :) 10/10 highly recommend!!

In all my visits to RMA I maybe saw the doctor once… via Telehealth- I never met her in person. There were no check in calls to see how we were doing through the process which was a very difficult one for everyone going through it. You feel like a lab rat. Blood test, ultra sound, repeat. Repeat. Medications. Shots. ultrasound. And again - never met the doctor in person.

She is amazing . I got pregnant with first IVF and I have 3 great embryo that I can store for future . I am almost due in a week . I am 43 and she is really great. I recommend to anyone

My wife and I have been going through our fertility journey for over a year. We chose RMA because we knew several people who highly recommended them. After researching all of the reproductive endocrinologists, we chose Dr. Costantini because of her impressive accomplishments and honesty. She is very knowledgeable and kind-hearted. After heartbreaking news, she took the time to call and check in on us while she was away on vacation. She truly cares about us and our emotional well-being. It's been such a roller coaster of excitement, anticipation, heartbreak, sadness and hope all over again. Despite facing these challenges, we've never been treated so well by any organization. The RMA staff have held our hand through every step of this very involved process. We never felt lost and we always understood what the next steps were. Dr. Costantini has helped us stay hopeful during this emotional journey and we are truly grateful to be under her care. Fast forward - we are now 10 weeks pregnant all thanks to Dr. Costantini, our nurse Kelly and the RMA team!!

Dr. Constantini, from the first first appointment, was thorough and asked questions that hadn’t been asked before. She had reviewed all of our medical records and prior IVF cycles, and had specific questions and ideas on how to proceed next. During the first visit, both my partner and I were able to get a lot of initial testing done, and meet with a urologist as well. We met Dr. Constantini at the end of October, had an egg retrieval beginning of December and a transfer beginning of January. I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant with my second child and so grateful to Dr. Constantini and the staff at RMA Basking Ridge and Englewood. They are certainly a well oiled machine, but absolutely take the time to get to know patients to determine the best course of action and continued monitoring throughout the process. I highly recommend!
