I've been suffering with hair loss since I was a teenager, and the support I've been receiving at Medical Hair & Skin Restoration since March 2020 has helped my hair as well as my self confidence immensely. Dr. Veber is a thorough, intelligent, caring, wonderful medical professional who has provided me the resources I need to begin to overcome my hair problems. I truly always look forward to coming in monthly for my PRP treatments! For those who might be worried about coming into the office during the pandemic, I can assure the office is clean and well taken care of, and the treatment itself, while only taking 2 hours monthly, has reduced my hair thinning significantly. Overall, Dr. Veber goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are receiving care tailored to their specific needs. During the peak of the pandemic, when the office was closed, although Dr. Veber was not able to see me for a few months in person, she consistently called to check in with me and provide advice for things I could do to ensure my hair journey was still progressing positively. I’ve struggled with hairloss from androgenic alopecia off and on for over 10 years. In recent years, the loss has become noticeable and the remedies that worked in the past were no longer sufficient. Hence, I booked a virtual appointment with them. The doctor was extremely thorough in her assessment, delving deep into my hair loss trajectory. We exchanged info, I sent a check, and she sent the prescription to the pharmacy who then prepared the solution and mailed to me. The best part of this was not the relative ease of the transaction. Instead Dr Veber followed up with an email to ensure I had received the product. As I had not, the doctor quickly contacted the pharmacy to track the package. Fortunately, it had been returned and not lost and within days I received the product. I’m very happy I’m not getting the side effects of other similar products. I have only wonderful things to say about her practice.

Dr. Veber is an awesome professional. She explained every detail of the process before the treatment. I had done 2 sessions of micro needling and the results were great, the skin texture has improve greatly. I would highly recommend her.
