Dr. Chu, and her team are nothing short of a team of miracle workers. They professionally and sensitivity handled our case, and we're available if we needed something at all times. We are incredibly Grateful for their service. Ps. nurse Rachel Bethune is amazing.

Dr. Chu is a nice enough doctor, but truly lacks in bedside manor (she let me know 2 hours prior to my scheduled transfer that she wouldn’t be doing it, and that I had lost one of my embryos in the thawing process). Both were such shocks and really put me in a terrible mental space going into my transfer. I would use a different doctor at RMA if you can.

She is very welcoming, friendly. I could ask her any questions I had. This is my third time using her and I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Chu is very kind and knowledgeable. She listens very well and is very thorough. Dr. Chu is great with following up and provides the right treatment. She really cares about her patients and loves to get to know them personally. When you talk to her she really makes me feel comfortable and welcome and she takes her time with any questions I have and explaining things to me. I have known Dr. Chu for about 3 years now and I absolutely love and adore her. Rhonda is great also. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Chu.

Thanks to Dr.Chu my dream came true after 3 fails at other offices! She listened to my concerns and adjusted my treatment plan and I got pregnant on my 1st try with RMA! I cannot say thank you enough!

Dr. Chu was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped guide us through IVF, which is extremely overwhelming, in a calm manner which helped us to enjoy the process. I could not be more thankful to Dr. Chu for all she has done for us.

This is a review RMA my Doctor, Dr. Michelline Chu. I started seeing her at RMA in West Orange about 2 1/2 years ago as I wasn’t able to have a child and needed help. She was very friendly and welcoming and asked a lot of questions to get to the root of my potential problem. she quickly came up with a plan of testing to pinpoint what the problem was shortly there after I had an answer and a plan .she decided I IVF was best for me and my husband and I proceeded with her support every step of the way. we went through two cycles of IVF and I was able to have my son with one of the embryos from the first round of IVF. Implantation and pregnancy happened on the 1st try. Dr. Chu and her team were available all the time to answer my questions. Dr. Chu is a phenomenal doctor and I would recommend her and have recommended her to few people already . if you are having fertility issues she is definitely the person you want to see.
