I have been treated by Dr. Courtney several times in the last few years and I have always been pleased with my experiences. From the seamless check-in to the medical procedures I was always met with great customer service and courtesy. Dr. Courtney himself has a great bedside manner, he managed to get me completely at ease during my multiple stressful procedures. He is a true doctor's doctor, and I'd recommend him to anyone else in a heartbeat.

Two days ago Dr. Courtney removed my epiretinal membrane. Already I am seeing better than I ever imagined possible. He is highly competent, very confidence inspiring and also a very nice person.

Dr. Courtney was nice, answered questions for me. But the wait time was not so good. Waited almost an hour to see him. I am making next appointment so that I am their FIRST patient!!!

Dr. Courtney deserves 10 stars! He fixed my detached retina in September 2020 and all is well. He is kind, professional, and a skilled surgeon. I wouldn’t want anyone else.

The staffs are friendly the provider is very friendly. My father has been a patient for 5 years now. The last 2 years is the worst I have experienced with Colorado retina. I can never get a message to my provider. When I call I go through a call center that does not check their voicemails or return calls I have held on the phone for over 30 min just to reschedule my appointment. Not only that they schedule to the wrong facility before. My appointment was at 12:10 and we have waited approximately an hour just to be seen. It’s frustrating that we have to wait that long. I understand at times it may occur but it is every appointment we wait over 30 min just to see the provider for a 10 min eye injection sometimes it does not take that long. I use to love Colorado retina they use to be efficient. For the last 2 years it’s had got worse. I too work for a specialty clinic and I understand the wait but when it’s every appointment we have it’s ridiculous and we don’t come that often.

Extremely satisfied visit concerning my posterior vitreous detachment. Dr Courtney and his staff are extremely efficient, friendly, relaxing and professional. Dr. Courtney thoroughly explained what he was doing, what he found, and what to expect. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns. You only have one pair of eyes - and i am grateful to have Dr. Courtney and Colorado Retina taking care of mine!

Dr. Robert Courtney is excellent. The office is professional, caring, and experts in their field. I highly recommend them. I attribute this group to saving my vision for which I am so thankful.

Having received a prior diagnosis of Macular Degeneration, watching my mom quickly go legally blind from this, and not understanding what the progression of this condition meant for me, in 10 minutes Dr Courtney completely explained my condition and answered all my questions before I even gave him my list of questions. Dr Courtney is extremely kind and communicates very well, putting everything in simple to understand layman language. He seems to instinctively understand what the patient is thinking and worried about before you even attempt to express it. He is very reassuring, explains available treatment should the condition deteriorate and is very gracias and willing to be available to care for you in the future. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this appointment!!! Totally worth it. In addition, the staff works you through the testing phases in a kind but very efficient manner. Definite 5 star rating.
