I've been a member here since 2015! Just needed a quick adjustment on a Sunday and went to the only available clinic at Riverpoint Englewood. Ended up getting handed a bunch of paperwork supposedly to update my information even though it's been the same for the last 11 years. Got into some endless cycle of electronic forms. My wife was with me and they couldn't even figure out how to pull up the correct forms and wouldn't let us get an adjustment without the paperwork. This will be my last visit unfortunately and will be canceling my membership tomorrow because I apparently have to do it in person.

Dr. Jake started out by asking me which techniques I prefer. I appreciated that! He got my spine back in shape and I was able to walk out normally. It was a relief too find a chiropractor open on Sunday.

Dr. Jake was wonderful, patient, and kind. However, I was not able to get adjusted by him because they did not have a front desk staff. Dr. Jake had at least six patients waiting and he was the only one there doing everything. I had to call another franchise because my paperwork could not be found (they found it right away), they do not take key chain tags or phone numbers here. Cannot get setup for mobile without a code. Could not be found by my ID. I had to be turned away with ribs that need adjusted with my options to drive to Littleton or wait until tomorrow. I was highly disappointed (and physically pained) to not be adjusted due to the mismanagement of the facility. Again, Dr. Jake was great, I’m sure his adjustment would have been amazing as well.

Popped me well enough to walk out better than the pain with which I walked in. I do feel better but still am planning a professional massage with my regular masseuse then will find another chiropractor once I’m loosened up enough for a true adjustment.

Dr John Brockway was the best chiropractor I have ever received a treatment from! He verges on being called a magician! The business was clean and welcoming, this is the standard. Best experience overall!

Excellent professional service with a great introductory price. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially if its your first time seeing a chiropractor. Words do not describe the friendliness I was met with as soon as I walked in the door, let alone the concern for my troubles.
