Touchstone has been more than caring. Karin and most all their associates are extremely kind, vigilant in making all customers comfortable. Including my service dog. I have been a customer for several years, with a couple of serious injuries!! My service dog is welcomed to sit in the MRI technical room in order to hear my voice and is very well taken care of with love! The only issue is their rather "terse" receptionist. I will state yesterday, I did not bring in my reading glasses and asked if we could fill out the new year's form. In the past, asking for reports with envelopes seemed to be a "difficult scenario!" Another employee hearing the problem came out and resolved with comforting words. As a professional I do see the uncomfortableness with other workers and this person and wonder if some training would be in order. Otherwise, I find TouchStone an excellent place, my doctors from SCL, OCC and other physical therapist highly recommend. And Karin offered more information on my "Hyper Mobile Body" and those who are more adroit in therapeutic knowledge. Truly well knowledgeable people for MRIs and other scans!

They made the x-ray fast and easy. I was a walk in but they got me in right away! The place was beautiful and clean. Everything seem like state of the art equipment. I will use this one from now on!

Never contacted me about a bill I thought my insurance was going to cover. End up getting spammed by collections for a ~$100 bill. I've NEVER missed a payment on anything and all I've asked the collectors to do was send the bill and I'll happily pay it. Never coming here again and going to let everyone I meet the same.
