If you enjoy phone hold music, this is the doctor for you! I've been a customer for several years and the service and staff is great once you get in the door, but I'm switching to a new provider simply because of the phone wait times. I've never been on hold for less than 15 minutes and on Monday mornings wait times are sometimes 20 or more callers - I hung up after waiting for an hour to talk to someone about a prescription refill!

Every time I call, there is 15-40 minute wait to speak to a receptionist.Today i am the 15th caller in line to speak to someone.Last week, i was the 11th caller in lineThe week before that i was the 9th caller in line.

Going down hill fast. I used the portal to contact my new physician and he hasn't responded. If you enjoy waiting on hold feel free to use them.

Wow. How does one even make an appointment. 30 minutes on hold and no answer! Both of the physicians I like quit this year after being merged with another poor performing clinic in Evergreen. Me Wes physicians group is the worst.

Never saw the same doctor twice and none of them seemed to really care much. Also I went in to get a COVID test so I could return to work, they refused to bill it correctly so insurance wouldn’t cover the cost. I was hoping it would be a good local doctors office for me and my family but I guess we’ll just have to go to the city to get good service.

Very hard to find the first time after closing their previous office. Reception not helpful. Doctor not readily available!

Don’t bother with the new office! Every time I call to make a new appointment or to leave a message with a nurse or doctor I have to wait 30 mins on hold. There are also no doctors available. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
