Absolutely wonderful experience!! After a change in insurance, I was forced to take my family to a new eye doctor…they had been seeing the previous one for 10 years! But I could not have been more pleased with our experience at MyEyeDr in Firestone. Every single person there was such a pleasure to be around, quick and efficient service, and the prices were phenomenal! I highly recommend!!

My 1st time. I haven't been to an exam in a few years. The whole crew was very friendly and exceptional at their jobs. A very relaxed and efficient process. They took great time with the process to pick out my new glasses and make sure they were what I needed. My new place for annual exams. Great folks!!!

My experience with Vision Source in Firestone was great. I like Dr .Smith she was great with explaining all that pertained to my eye health as well as to my wife and her care Pam was helpful with helping her with her glasses. The whole team in the office is great I highly recommend them for all your eye care.

Nice doctor and assistant. But did not appreciate not being told what my co-pays were so that I could make an informed decision. Feel that I was ‘tricked’ about services and left feeling very uncomfortable about the whole visit.I was charged $55 for a contact fitting when I brought my current brand and Rx, put them in myself and took them out myself. Wasn’t offered other brands or options. Disappointed in the whole experience.

Everyone at Vision Source was friendly. I feel like I got the perfect exam from the Dr. She was informative through the whole process and explained everything to me. The fitting of frames was awesome. Perfect fit in exactly all the needs I have. Progressives, transitions, scratch coat....WOW !!!
