Did not document well. Husband had repeat skin cancer on shoulder and she had taken off other places on his shoulder as well. When we had to return to get his margins clear of the cancer she didn’t even know which spot the cancer was because she didn’t take pictures and document it well. I had to tell her which spot it was. Needless to say we stopped seeing her.

The doctor was 35 minutes late. She looked at 1 spot and froze it. When I suggested doing the full body inspection since it had been 9 months she refused saying it wasn’t due for 3 months. 35 minutes late for less than 5 minutes with the doctor. While waiting I overheard the staff being told to remember to double book the doctors. It’s all about the money at this corporate clinic. I’ll never go back.

Dr. Hultsch does the bare minimum to get by and is always rushed and dismissive. She never bothered to look at my records and I had to tell her that I'd had melanoma even though it was her practice that referred me for the surgery. I switched to another practice because I don't trust her to take the time to do a thorough check, and as someone who's had skin cancer already, I can't afford for her to miss something.

Appointment was rushed. Did not feel like i even saw a doctor. waited for weeks for appointment. She came in like a whirlwind. Did not seemed focused on me or what i was saying. Not happy and a waste of my money!! Did not explain anything. It was horrible!! I want my co-pay back!!! Office was very clean. Staff was awesome!!!
