I liked Dr. Baack and his staff but I have a problem. Dr. Baack took a biopsy and I have tried numerous times to get the results but no luck. I have called, left messages and tried the portal to get answers but no luck. I even reset the username and password but I am locked out again. All I want is a simple call back and since this does concern a BIOPSY, I would really like a response.

Friendly and professional staff and physician

Staff was pleasant and professional from receptionist to assistant . Dr. Baack examined my cysts first then gave his opinion. He then explained the surgery and promptly began. He told me when he had finished each one. He then reviewed post surgery recommendations and handed me a sheet detailing what he had advised. He informed me sample for one is being sent to the lab and I’d receive results in one week from his office via phone. The assistant and office worker were attentive and polite. The whole cost was a little over an hour.

I'm very pleased with the cancer removal on the back of my hand. The surgery went very smoothly, and the wound closure Dr. Baack did is closing very smoothly and comfortably. He and Dr Kalajian make an excellent team.

I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Baack for two months now. Twice through his web site. No reply. Then through his office; no call back and it's been 5 days. Would really like to get an appointment but don't know what I need to do short of standing on my head. That probably wouldn't get a response either. I don't understand why it's so hard.

My results were great, recovery great. He’s not pushy or willing to do anything he doesn’t think it’s the best option. It was hard but I trusted he knew what he was doing and he did. I had a lift with implants and tummy tuck/Lipo. Only regret is not doing my back as well.

Dr. Baack's surgical precision is of the highest quality He not only achieved the reduction I I needed, but was able to create a new silhouette more frequently found on women half my age! (I'm 62) The pain in my back, neck and shoulders is gone, I stand straighter, and and my ability to exercise has improved. The office atmosphere is friendly and inviting, and his Medical Assistant Rachael is supportive and upbeat. I would return to Dr. Baack without hesitation, and recommend him to others as one of the best.

Dr. Bret Baack did a liposuction procedure on my legs, stomach, and love handle areas. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable during appointments. His prices are incredibly reasonable and my results are amazing!!! The procedure has changed my life and I have him to thank. He is very talented at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone.
