The visits are done in a timely manner. You feel the staff listens to your problems, you don't feel like you are rushed through. I love the way care is thoroughly integrated between office staff, labs, pharmacy, and the patient.

Dr. Samuel Mast is exceptional! He covered all of my concerns and then some and was knowledgeable and thorough. The whole experience with Kaiser Permanente was super easy and everything was accomplished quickly from scheduling the appointment to various test results. A+++

The entire visit experience was professional, efficient and friendly. There was a minimum of waiting and I was able to also have lab test and pharmacy visit on the same visit. I felt that all of the staff were very capable and interested in me as a patient.

I called one day ahead of my appointment with Kaiser . They scheduled me the next morning for my visit, I waited 10 minutes to be seen by an RN & was out from my Kaiser visit within 20 minutes. Colorado Kaiser is efficient & professional.

The worst insurance company ever. You are better off walking to Mexico for medical service then trying to get on the phone and get your records fixed or medical service.It seems like they try really hard (the cooperation) to make sure you never get to use your insurance, that you pay an insane amount a month for.You are better off signing up for your extended car warranty!!!!!!

Showed up for a scheduled Covid test a few mins before appt time. Doors were locked, security had to let us in. Said nurses were all at lunch! sat in a completely empty waiting room waiting on the nurses to show back up. No one came back until 10 mins AFTER the appt time and didn’t even apologize. Completely unprofessional.
