It's been about 3 months that I made an initial phone call appointment. Without notice I received a message stating computer problems and my appointment was cancelled. I have yet to reach an actual person to speak to about scheduling. I left messages with no call back. Last week I received an email inquiring about openings and to schedule an initial phone call, so I thought I would try again. Well no one called me again wasting my time. I had been receiving appointment reminders up to ten min prior to my appointment, but no call made to me. If you don't have available resources don't advertise because people who reach out are seeking support and help, this kind of response is not helping someone and is why people shy away from seeking mental health services.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at the center. Kayla is my therapist and I couldn’t recommend her more. I’ve seen improvement in my life by implementing the tools she has suggested. I had an issue with how their system was for setting up the first appointment. They set a meeting up and we’re receptive to my concerns.

The place is beautiful and welcoming but my I didn’t like my therapist, Kayla. She pitied me and made me feel small and kind of judged me.

I have been seeing Sandra for a few months. I have found our time together to be very valuable in learning helpful techniques and gaining insight into underlying beliefs that are creating unhealthy thinking and actions. I highly recommend trying Colorado Women’s Center.
