Lanny Douglas was the 2nd psych I went to after my son’s death and my ex leaving me when I was out of town, taking most of my money with him. He prescribed a mood stabilizer, Lamotrin, which helped me stop “looping” without any side effects, and I poured my heart out to him. He helped me put my life back together. I don’t know about the other doctors there but Lanny Douglas helped me save my own life and feel joyful again.

Do not go here. Dr. Kelly will ruin your life. Long story short: if a psychiatrist prescribes benzodiazepines on a long term, daily regimen it amounts to malpractice. My memory is forever impaired. I will have side effects from this for the rest of my life. Withdrawal was hell. And my risk of developing Alzheimer’s has increased significantly. Other than that he prescribes a new medication every couple weeks like you’re a Guinea pig. I hope his license has been revoked.

When no one else could help me figure out my head, these people saved me. Ignore the bad reviews please!!! The staff is NOT rude or condescending.

Had high hopes at first. Thought it was a game changer for my daughters health. Then it became poor quality. It was $250 for our last visit and she left with no prescriptions only a sample. It is just showing up renewing meds and see you next time.

The office staff is very patient, professional and helpful. And, in my experience the Medical doctors are caring and professional too!

This is the only doctor and clinic that has helped me get my treatment and medication stabilized after trying for many years and trying several doctors. I have never had an issue with rude employees. They are professional, courteous, and helpful. They have always been willing to work with my schedule and often times stay late to make sure I am able to make my appointments. They are running a business that happens to help people with mental illness. The expectation to follow treatment and keep your appointments is reasonable. I would recommend this clinic.

Office staff very condescending, rude, and confrontational. After further research found misconduct complaint. Won't trust them with my health.

made an appointment a month in advance and signed up for a two day notice for them to call me and remind me of my appointment. They never called, so I called the day before my appointment so I could ask when it was since I wasn't sure, nobody answered, I left a voicemail and nobody got back to me. It was early in the morning so they had all day and the morning of to call me back, they didn't. When they called me telling me I owe 150 for a missed appointment I explained why I felt that what they were doing is unjust they told me it was my responsibility and I had a card with the date and time of my appointment on it and that should have been enough. Too bad I lost that card after I was evicted and had to suddenly move, they still didn't understand or care. What a great establishment!!!! really care about their patients!!!! (sarcasm) They seem to only care about the money.
