I am hoping I might get a response from someone who can tell me how to speak to a live person at this clinic in Ft. Collins. I have called three different phone numbers only to reach the same bot and hold for over 30 minutes. I am shocked that no one answers the phone at a 'care' clinic.

I've been seeing Sean Rockett PA-C for my psychiatric treatment and he has greatly benefited my life. He truly listens to how I'm feeling and takes into consideration what has and hasn't helped me in the past. I finally feel I'm receiving treatment that works and my overall mood has drastically improved! I highly recommend Sean Rockett and Family Care Center!

Family Care Center has such a nice office, and everyone was so welcoming. Dr. Schatte was really nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. She was caring and knows her stuff! We feel lucky to have her as our doctor. I'm so happy I found this place!

Great experience. Clean, beautiful facility in Fort Collins. Thorough communication and reminders from the care center. Friendly and caring staff, easy to work with. Well skilled therapists. Love Linda Greene. Very grateful our pediatrician recommended this care center to us. Such a blessing. And they take my health insurance. That’s huge. Love that you can do telehealth and in person options too.
