Amazing people. Crazy wild progress for myself. I recommend this place for anyone asks. I have absolutely grown in my faith and are healing from the things I thought I could never get past. If you are looking for a place where you can be set free completely from depression, anxiety, addiction, anything and all, this is the place for you. I’ve been to several other companies to get help from but this one makes me want to come back over and over again. I feel that God is truly blessed the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and each and every one of them LOVE their job. I feel loved. I feel seen. I feel heard. I feel set free. This is your sign to get help HERE!! I promise you, the growth you will achieve will surpass your expectations. Thankyou Foundations for everything. Thankyou for showing me the light.

With a family crisis looming (in my mind, anyway) FC&T was able to arrange for same day counseling. Additionally, our session went an extra hour which was enough to get me over "a hump". Thank you!

When scheduling an appointment, I was under the impression the would take insurance. Once I arrived and filled out paper work I was told they do not and it is $200 per session. The first session is free but afterwards it is $200. When I made the appointment I made it clear I needed someone who is available later afternoons or Saturdays but they paired my family with someone that only works M-F 8-5. Not only was the scheduling not going to work ; but the counselor they selected for my family was not the fit for us, she was very blunt and non compassionate. My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and therapy was our first option to get her help besides medication. Off the bat she said she did not see the ADHD because she was not hyperactive during our session. In addition, she made a unsolicited comment that I need to have better control on my 18month old who was also at are session because he was wanting to play with sister. After the session she suggest to meet every week for session, that is $800 a month. That is insane! Asked if we could be scheduled at least every other week so I could ask time off from work with time and be able to make the payments but she refused right away saying that's not going to be beneficial. We will not be returning to this counseling group and will not be recommending it

I love Foundations Counseling, I’ve had 2 other counselors in the past and just didn’t get much from it. With Foundations I already feel a big difference after just two sessions!
