I have been a long time patient of Dr. Cecil. Her professionalism goes beyond expectations. The whole team from front desk on is always professional. Laura, Her assistant was truly a pleasure and quite personable. The staff in the eyeglass shop-AMAZING! My Eyewear specialist was knowledgeable and so very helpful. I was last patient of the day, and handled as if I were the first!

Dr. Cecil is one of the worst doctors I have ever visited. She spent about 30 seconds with me and made it clear that her time was grudgingly given. She was rushed, arrogant, and unapproachable. I got nothing from this visit but an invitation to return in six months. She had no time to answer questions or deal with my concerns. Stay away.

I choose a medical doctor for their expertise in their area of practice, their educational background and their ability to diagnosis any potential problems and solutions to those problems. Dr. Jennifer Cecil is my ophthalmologist of choice and I am grateful for her knowledge, insight and ability to advise her patients on be best course of action for their particular medical issue.

Cold uninterested doctor. Couldn't make eye contact and spoke only to her assistant. Did not return.

Dr Cecil was rude and did not take my concerns seriously. Acted as if I was ignorant and had wasted her time. My grandmother also had a bad experience with her. I would not recommend her as a Dr not just for the fact she is condescending but she does a poor job.

Her staff did all the work and exams. She made a brief entrance at the end to confirm my prescription. Not very personable or caring type. I had issues with billing; my insurance was Medicare with a supplement which the office verified Prior to my exam. My insurance disallowed a portion of the claim by $45. Dr. Cecile's office billed me for the $45. Bad business practice! In calling 3 other similar providers in the area, I discovered Dr. Cecile is charging up to 35% more for equal services!

I would not recommend anyone use this doctor's office in any capacity. Not only are they incompetent, they will charge for services they did not perform!

She has the qualifications but seems to be more worried about making money than anything. She is the only doctor of any kind that I have had to pay for copies of my files and perscriptions for glasses. Would not recommend.

The only thing I'd change about Dr. Cecil is that she would become a primary care doctor! She is a great doctor. I wish ALL doctors were as good as she is in all professions! It bums me out she only specializes with opthamology!
