MIchael Martucci's Online Review Report Card

I have seen Dr Martucci multiple times as I have a very difficult immune system. He tried to get me into National Jewish and the MAYO clinic but neither take Blue Cross. He very kindly said, well, that leaves me, so let’s just keep working at it. He is very pleasant, easy to talk to, and usually is not rushed. He makes an effort which most of the doctors I have seen are in so far over their heads, they just quit doing anything or pass me off. Dr Martucci listens when I bring in research or questions. It led to us understanding my case even better. His nurses are very nice too. I think they are very busy so they are hard to reach but when I do reach them, they do their best to be helpful. Dr Martucci is also willing to work hand in hand with my family doctor or Rheumatologist. Most want to take the lead but he has actually called my Rheumatologist to better understand my condition. I definitely recommend him. He doesn’t understand all of my immune issues but he keeps trying.

Thank you Dr. Martucci for offering me a sample of my medication while my husband transferred jobs. Thank you for fighting for me with my insurance and taking your personal time to call my insurance multiple times. I did not know doctors do that anymore. You are the best doctor and so happy my PCP told me to find you. Your patience, compassion and benevolence shine in every visit. I am thankful for you.

Doctor Martucci is amazing. Our last resort was going to Mayo Clinic, but we decided to try one more time with another doctor. He spent tons of time answering all our questions and figured out what was missing. I have been treated for several months and have never been better. Highly recommend.

Our daughter went to Dr. Martucci to get allergy tested and a note to give her school so they could handle her food allergies. The office visit was fine, the follow up was terrible/nonexistent. The note for her school was not helpful and when asked for an updated one she was ignored. She called and left messages and would wait weeks for a response. The entire purpose of the visit was to get what she needed to address her allergies at school and they failed to provide that and stopped communicating. A complete waste of time and money.

So happy I waited. My symptoms were out of control and I called around to get help. Dr. Martucci's had a longer wait to be seen then other offices, but I decided to wait to see him given referral and how great his office was on the phone. Everyone was friendly and made me feel so much better. Dr. Martucci took time and listened. He deserves 10 stars. Just wanted others to know.

I had to fax my letter of referral and lab results 6 times before they actually received them. The staff got annoyed that I called each time to check if they received it since our fax said it went through. Not one person on their staff was friendly when I called, just annoyed. I will find another office who doesn't get annoyed when new patients call to make sure they have everything they need to make an appt. I should have known after seeing these ratings, but the actual doctor came highly recommended. Touché!

The Doctor is really good and knowledgeable. the office is not great but it is worth going to talk to the doctor.

Not only does Dr. Martucci have a great knowledge base for treating illnesses in his specialty, he is very personable. The two times I've gone in for an In-person appointment, he has been incredibly helpful. Answers my questions well, helps me game plan treatment that won't hurt my budget, and respects where I'm at in the process of rediscovering my health. Him and his team are amazing, and I highly recommend them. Saw him for dermatographia and MCAS concerns and my uncle saw him for a rare autoimmune disorder. We were both happy with our visits
