I have had a number of visits with Dr. Cheney. She is always pleasant and very thorough. She has always exceeded my expectations of a doctor. I referred her to my wife and she is very satisfied with Dr. Chaney.

Almost left Eye Center of N Co due to 20 min wait (not incl waiting room time) after seeing tech in order to see doctor. Total time w/ doc: 8 min. My insurance was pre-approved for appointment then told only 50% covered but emailed that remaining would be sent to secondary insurance "as a courtesy" by Becky Kincher on 12/22/18. I received no further contact until a collections notice arrived 3 months later. Issued a complaint to Tricare and BBB. Would NOT go back or recommend.
