Billing: I see I'm not the only one experiencing difficulties. Tl;dr Larson charged my credit card without any type of advance notice and then have been ignoring requests to resolve an incorrect charge for months. I've been a patient with Larson for a year or so. I liked both of the NPs I have seen, so the second star is because Larson apparently picks good providers. However, neither of them are with the practice anymore. In early Feb 2025, I got a firm email from Larson saying my credit card was declined and I need to keep an active card on file. It said if I don't pay, my next appointment would be cancelled. I normally have a $0 copay, so this was completely unexpected. I hadn't received any type of bill or invoice, and all of my EOBs said I was responsible for $0. That was concerning, but people are human and mistakes happen. When I asked what the charge was for, they said it was a diagnostic test (QB) I had done in Oct 2024 (over 3 months before). I asked them to please send me an invoice in the future and not charge my card without my consent, and they agreed. I paid to prevent my appointment from being cancelled. I dug deeper with insurance and learned it should have been covered, but that part of the claim was submitted as a "100% provider discount." Ok, inconvenient, but mistakes happen. However, Larson never answers the phone when insurance calls them and they also refuse to call the provider line. They actually don't answer the phone when anyone calls and they have ignored my emailed requests for them to call insurance. One of my workplace benefits is access to a healthcare advocate that can help with billing issues. They have been following up on my behalf, got the same answers from my insurance that I did, and have only been able to talk to a Larson billing rep once; apparently all she had to say was that most insurances don't cover that test (and then she chose not to follow up). So now it's been 4+ months of Larson ignoring the issue (as of June 2025). The combination of charging my card without warning + not acknowledging an incorrectly filed claim + refusing (without explicitly saying so) to resolve the error, has made me go from giving the benefit of the doubt to thinking they may be incompetent to thinking "is this some kind of scam?" as each month ticks by. They are going to respond to this review saying I signed a patient consent form that says I'm responsible for that cost if insurance declines it. But insurance didn't decline it since it was submitted as a provider discount. (It's also the only procedure code that has its own specific page in addition to general billing policy, so that's interesting. I put a lot of detail into this review in case making this particular billing "mistake" is a pattern.) I will update this review if the issue is ever resolved.
Marsha Fuller and staff are exceptional. She takes great care to see that your meds are the right fit and cares for her patients. Highly recommend her.
Truly a scam of a company. My partner went through a mess of a billing issue that took nearly a year to sort out before we finally just gave up. Their billing team is unreasonably hard to get ahold of and they claim to accept insurance but refuse to actually bill the insurance company. They bill you instead, months after your appointment. Good luck trying to correct them, because they will just say it’s your fault and charge you anyway. If you are a patient here, don’t be. This company stole $500 from us.
Amazing staff. I went in describing the issues I was having and was prescribed the same day. Make sure you are covered by insurance. This was such a weight lifted off my shoulders.
Marsha is great!
Ja’Niece is an incredible professional who takes the time to understand her clients.
I can’t recommend Marsha enough! Has changed my experience with medication forever!
Easy and quick to set up a meeting. Marsha is professional and cares about providing the best care for her patients.
They were the best! - I enjoyed talking to them!
I had a very pleasant experience with Katie Bland. However, whoever handles billing is actively committing fraud. They have refused to bill my insurance for 6 months even though they are in-network with my plan. Months ago I finally got an Aetna representative on the phone with them, and the Larson staff told the Aetna rep they would submit my claims correctly. However, they straight up lied to the Aetna rep. They never billed as they claimed they would, and now I can't even get an itemized receipt from them. It's so incredibly upsetting to see a MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC such as this one taking advantage of people in need -- for hundred of dollars per session.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
