Dr. Grey is an amazing surgeon and an incredible person. From the beginning him and his whole team make you feel comfortable and they prepare you for your experience. The doctors provide you with clear answers and they are attentive. Dr. Grey and his assistants preformed my labrum repair quickly and effectively. I am now 6 months from surgery and my shoulder is stronger than before. The process was smooth with Dr. Grey and his teams help and advice. Dr. Grey, Dr. Hoffman, and Michelle make a great team who not only make you feel comfortable and safe, but they work with precision and effectiveness.

I had Reverse Shoulder Replacement. Dr. Grey and his team are the best and most experienced, resulting in minimum surgery time--hence minimal time anesthetized. The surgery took 45 minutes. If you want the very best shoulder replacement surgeon, a true pioneer in this field, you want Dr. Grey. You will really appreciate the team. Brian (the Physician Assistant) and Michelle (Medical Assistant) are compassionate and always available to answer questions. I'm now 12 weeks post-op and really thankful I had the surgery done, and that Dr. Grey and his team were my choice. By the way, titanium is great stuff. Recommend you read up on this amazing element.

Just had appt. Dr. Grey was incredibly thorough in his explanation of my shoulder issue, the surgical plan and follow up recovery therapy. Not only did he explain everything in words but he also drew out what he was going to do and listed steps and time line from surgery to recovery. I am very fortunate to have him as my surgeon.

Dr. Grey is a good technician who surrounds himself with good support staff. However, his bedside manner and patient care leave a lot to be desired. Either he books his clinic hours too tight, or simply doesn't care to discuss procedures in-depth. He rarely spent more than 10 minutes with me at an appointment and would not allow me to ask questions "because other patients were waiting." He did not follow-up with me in the hospital after extensive surgery which required a longer hospitalization than usual, and during the after-care appointments, he was abrupt and harried. Should you choose to use him, be aware of these traits. He may be a good surgeon, but you will have to educate yourself about your procedure through other means than learning from him.

I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! My shoulder replacement is perfect. Dr Grey is kind, caring and compassionate! I am so happy I chose him!

Tried to set up a appointment with Dr.Grey about a torn rotator cuff was told they could set up a appointment the next week. Then they found out I was on Medicaid all of a sudden I can't get in for 6 mo's now. Also Michelle the office lady became very rude and disrespectful when I asked why having Medicaid makes a difference of when I can in. Her reply they only take one Medicaid client a month Apparently low income Humans don't matter to Dr Grey and his staff even though They took a OATH???

Dr. Gray did a great job as my doctor. The surgery worked well on my arm. A year later I got a bull elk and I'm back salsa dancing, thanks to him and his great team. I'm a doctor too so I know it's a challenge leading a team but he does a great job! Couldn't recommend him more highly!
