As deaf person I called crisis line tonight… I would say the persons name but I will not stoop soo low when the interpreter on the phone told me that attitude of the crisis counselors the way she ‘spoke’ to me on the phone caused me to shut down when I was trying to talk about what was going on and al she was worried about why she couldn’t see my number! Or wanted my first and last name!! I gave her my first name… wasn’t enough for her!! I’ll take care it of myself

Provided great care and medication management services for a friend during an acute mental health crisis and panic attack. I felt like they actually listened to their concerns and treated our friend with dignity and respect. Our friend was given resources and worksheets to help with anxious and intrusive thoughts and was given a prescription for short term medication to help prevent further panic attacks.

The staff were all very nice and you had some more freedom the other places then I have been

Horrible people horrible services. Neglectful and dangerous practice, abruptly taking people off of meds as a control tactic. Zero if I could.

Secure safe place to get immediate help. As of may 2024 I found it to feel uncomfortingly sterile, & next to the Larimer city dump.. as a depressed person, you can't help but chuckle at that a little.. 🗑️ Fair points, it is a new building and there's much room to improve and work to be done together in the community to increase local well-being. Thank you Healthcare workers 🙏 There's so much room to grow and heal together. It's ok to ask for help. We have a lot of work to do. Breathe, feel the sun on your face. One thing at a time. We're not alone, you're not alone. Breathe.

It seems like this is an improvement from the horrific crisis stabilization unit they had in years past. Incredibly clinical feeling. You’d think after many many years of having psychiatric patients, organizations would be able to realize that bright colors help those with mental health issues. But every single facility I’ve been to has been the same prison-esque feel. Longview is no exception. The triage area looks identical to a police booking area. The interior feels hollow and echoes a lot. There’s nothing “homey” about this place. Feels like a prison. But the providers I saw seemed to be a lot more experienced than the ones at the old crisis unit in town. I also like how they have a behavioral health “ER” section where you can meet with med providers during emergency situations instead of being fully admitted inpatient. Overall? It’s an improvement. But still feels like a jail.

Facilities and staff are great. Very caring and helpful. My issue is that I was prescribed meds after going through the entire screening process when they don’t even accept my insurance and can’t actually prescribe them! Very frustrating to not find that out til the very end.

My daughter went there for a fentanyl detox she tried other places and relapsed but this place was amazing and she is doing great praise God!!!!.
