Fired all the good people! This sucks! New provider Angus wouldn't see me because I was literally 2 minutes late. I used to have Angus as a counselor person but he wasn't helpful to me so I switched to Connor who was the only person I trusted outside of my family. But without warning they fired connor and put me with Angus again 🙁👎

I'm absolutely devastated and appalled by the lack of communication and dismissing of my needs. Incredibly long wait time for therapy. Wait time for a therapist getting longer due to their mess ups. Not even being notified that my Psychiatrist stopped working there. It has caused me to stress out so much more than I ever thought. I'm never coming here again.

Sloan Ferguson decided to take the day off to watch the Eclips. Canceled my appointment, didn't provide me with a refill. She is ableist as she put a contingency on my meds because she doesn't believe I'm Autistic. This is a severe act of elective incompetence & outright abuse to me. I will be looking into legal action against both Summit Stone & Dr. Sloan Ferguson.

The people here are very attentive and caring, and will help you through struggles. I'm always impressed by their professionalism.

Amazingly courteous and helpful staff from front desk check in to the clinicians, therapists & pharmacy. They’re specialized in a wide range of mental health, behavioral health, & substance abuse services. They offer both individual & or group support for people all ages adults & children. They also aid & assist with available means of self care safety for substance abuse community, such as providing Narcan, Fentanyl test strips, proper needle disposal / clean needles, free condoms & more. Likewise they are very helpful & knowledgeable in providing options for & or connections to other essential resources available for access to free bus passes, transportation vouchers, holiday signup giveaways for free turkeys, hams, & gifts, help signing up for LEAP, etc. They also have their own onsite pharmacy that provide quick & friendly service well as no hassle delivery service. Overall, SummitStone has been genuinely friendly, helpful & easygoing. They are very mindful, patient & kind. Well as respectful, knowledgeable & informative. They are always supportive and professional & eager to assist in any way. The people at SummitStone truly make that place a safe environment.

The (very) few decent providers are handicapped by completely incompetent office management. If you can go anywhere else please do. SummitStone is a stain on mental healthcare in northern Colorado. They are terrible about communication with patients and all other It has been poorly run for over 5 years and almost any decent providers they have leave within a year. If you have any other options, please pursue them to avoid this place.

Horrible experience. They don't care about the patient. Be careful with this organization.

This establishment has changed my life. I have received therapy and treatment here for mental health and substance use since 2019. Summit stone worked with my insurance to be completely accessible and worry free dealing with everything without me. I went through an outpatient program, multiple group therapy programs including, strategies for change, as well as receiving individual therapy for Angela. I am a survivor of childhood abuse and trauma and adult physical violence and trauma. I was heavily addicted to alcohol as well as other substances since I was a young teen to cope with the trauma of my early life. I was inside the criminal justice system and on probation. I am now 23, I am 2 1/2 years sober and am in charge of my own life and emotions. I am no longer in the legal system at all. I own my own business, am completely financially and emotionally independent and receive many wonderful opportunities almost daily due to the lifestyle changes I have made. I create art, have wonderful relationships with my family and friends and enjoy the beauty of the world around me. I am so so grateful to summit stone for sulking my toolbox, and essentially giving me the tools I need to change my life.

The competency restoration team is awesome. Can't speak for the other programs but the competency team is a great example of Colorado's Criminal Justice Reform in action.
