List of Uchealth Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Center's Reviews
Based on the blatant rudeness and incompetence of the person who answers their phone I would not recommend even trying to contact anyone at this facility. I made 4 attempts to reach a provider listed on their website through this number and was continuously transferred to an alternate phone number, both of which said they had no idea who the provider was. And when I called Mountain Crest back to tell them about this the same woman who answers the phone absolutely didn't care. I cannot imagine what kind of facility this is or the level of care they might provide if they cannot even handle being polite and helpful over the phone, let alone provide accurate information and support to those seeking care. Great example of the complete failures of our so called healthcare system.
Very caring and wonderful staff.
Appt with UCH Behavioral health was great. Scheduling staff and doc couldn’t have been more proficient.
Absolutely terrible facility. Be prepared to be accused of having your phone when it’s in the office, and to have your meds misplaced. Staff are full of themselves and treat patients as if they are just crazy little peons.
They lose your medications, accuse you of having your phone (it was in the office morons) and will beat the crap out of you for no reason. And one of the night staff will come in and try to have sex with you even if you say no.
Facility itself is "tired" with new hope coming to move into a new hospital space, that's fresh; however, the staff, inclusive of nurses, techs, and support staff do work well together with the clients/patients with a non-condemning/non-threatening attitude, which promotes healthy interactions between ALL involved, inclusive of the patients, psychiatrists, the nurses, social workers, & our own Occupational Therapist and techs!!!! My one critique with my stay, is the lack of THOROUGH housekeeping instead of the sporadic (catch as catch can) cleaning that occurred, especially if any surges of viruses should occur! This unit, not only, has my respect, but my sincere appreciation for treating each of us on this unit, NIPU, with the personal dignity of any "regular" or even "specialized" care ♥️ within a "regular" hospital stay!!! Thank you, sincerely, for your professionalism!!! Kathy Scharrel, retired RN, BSN, R-CPT.
My mom and dad had tried visiting my sister that is currently in mountain crest and they tried to go in during visiting hours and the front person said that they didn’t understand my parents after trying to speak their best English, and the front person didn’t even try to make an effort to get a person on the phone that speaks Spanish or try to help my parents. My mom had had another occasion where they left a call for my mom and my mom had answered and she asked for Spanish and they sent her to another line and once the other line picked up my mom asked if they speak Spanish and they immediately hung up. There was another time where my mom and my cousin had went to go drop my sister clothes off and the front person didn’t pay attention to them, they were trying to use google translate so the front person could understand why they were there and that front person completely ignored them and said she “didn’t understand”. This is very unprofessional and the fact that this has happened multiple times to my parents is not okay, they need to try to make an effort to help by using google translate, or at least have a person that translates there.
Amazing staff and clean facility. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and caring.
In my experience, they treated us very badly just for asking to speak Spanish. They were racist, that's the word. That was at the reception because my daughter said that inside they treated her well.
The socks where awesome

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
