I worked with Lance at this location this morning and it was such a pleasure! Lance was quick, efficient, and had great customer service!! He was super friendly and certainly cheered up my morning! I will definitely use this location in the future and do hope Lance will still be there! Highly recommend this facility!

I live in the north side of Ft Collins and rushed to get to an early appointment at 7:40am appt. After getting there, I played 20 questions with their data entry gadget while the employee sat 10 feet away and played like I wasn't there. In my rush, I forgot to grab my lab request sheet from the doctor, and asked the person working if I could call his office and have them send over another request sheet. I was told that since the doctor's office didn't open for 10 minutes, that was not a possibility. It seemeed like the employee was more interested in getting me out of the office so they could get back to their busy morning. I could understand this excuse from them if they were busy, but I was the only person there. They have no time for you if you need it, so I made another appt elsewhere.

I forgot to pay attention to the gentleman’s name that helped me today, but he was great! Super nice, awesome laugh, and got the labs drawn with no pain and one stick! Initially I was a little annoyed my insurance made me go there versus UCHealth but In the end it worked out, your guy made my day. Thank you!

This is a happy, well-lit, efficient little Lab. Both Phlebotomists were really friendly and warm. Lance took care of my Labs, and he was once of the best sticks I’ve ever had. And I have had a lot. No pain, no bruise! Really funny, friendly man. If you get him talking about his family, he won’t stop smiling. 😊

My husband and myself came in for quick lab work for surgery - purchasing the tests themselves were very quick and easy online. Ann (I believe) was incredibly gentle, thorough and engaging to keep my mind off of my needle phobia. I was definitely dreading getting my blood work done even more so than my actual surgery LOL - Highly recommend!

had to wait for appointment... doctor lab requests weren't available due to web site errors... told I needed to bring paper lab requests or fax them in... told me reschedule, bring in lab orders, and resubmit orders into their local kiosk... facility didn't appear sanitary
