Terrible service. It's taken a month to get a refill for my prescription. A prescription I've had for 5 years and can not be stopped suddenly. 15 phone calls and 15 empty promises from village medical and still no prescription...I've tried everything.. they said it's still sitting on docs desk... I have no understanding of why? Why? UPDATE: I walked into the office in person and got a paper script for this medication. I will have to do this every 28 days. Still so unacceptable!

Dr. Rotman, of Village Medical is not only my doctor, but a friend. I trust his expertise and his advise. He is honest, sincere, and I think has his patient's best interest at heart. I've gone to him for the last ten years, and hope to have ten more to receive his excellent medical care.

Very nice facility, it does not feel like you're attached to a Walgreens as there is a separate entrance (nothing against Walgreens). Check in went quickly, staff was very friendly, welcoming and courteous. I actually had time to have a conversation with the NP Michael who was very kind and seemed to genuinely care. Everyone here seemed to enjoy their work, and was eager to help.

Dr Rotman is good as an in-person doctor and Nikki is a compassionate and caring nurse. That being said, the communication from my care team here was atrocious after AFM was bought by Village Medical. If you call, you get an annoying repeating hold message and never get to anyone at the front desk. If you message them on their early 2000s era "medical portal" no one messages you back. I got a concerning diagnosis in March and was completely left in the dust regarding as to how to care for myself in the months that followed. One or two times I was able to find my way through their Kafka-esque labyrinth of anti-communication to Nikki, who helped me as best she could. I still have not received any messages or communication from Doctor Rotman following up my blood tests to this day. I gave them a litany of second chances and eventually spoke to the office manager Shanna, who gas lit me and told me they had in fact been messaging me - happy to show off my inbox for all to see - there are no new messages from them there about my care in the last several months. I eventually decided to leave Village for UChealth, who, despite their considerable size, actually responds to messages and can be reached at their front desk. Everyone I've spoken to has been horrified by the lack of compassion and treatment I was met at at this office. And now I check and they have somehow gotten the review I left 1 month ago taken down! Total lack of responsibility for their short fallings and disregard for my health. If you are reading this, maybe consider they have requested the removal of other negative reviews, as well. Shame!
