The wait time was very excessive. Sat in the exam room for well over an hour and was in the clinic for nearly two hours total. Doc never really touched the area that was injured. Xray then someone will read and let you know what's up. Pretty subpar. The change to Village Medical from AFM is very noticeable.

Disappointed with system. Used the portal to schedule appointment that apparently did not go through. Staff was able to get me in later in the day however. The antibiotic prescription was not called in and this was on Friday. Called the office and got the urgent care staff. They said they would get it called in within the hour. Several hours later still no prescription received by pharmacy. Called office again and was told the fax number kept coming back as an error. Someone finally figured out that it was the wrong number and when I asked if they could just call the pharmacy I was told they were to busy and would fax it in later. This transition to Village Medical has been very poorly done. I feel sorry for the staff as I am sure they are trying very hard to “make it work”. From a customer prospective I am seeing no benefit to the patients. Jim Bilyeu
