List of Village Medical's Reviews
DO NOT come here for medical help, it is a nightmare to get any prescriptions filled. They will cancel the prescription without telling you why, it takes them WEEKS to change the pharmacy, I have asked Dr. Reider to call me on multiple occasions to discuss my prescriptions and he has not called me back or is never available when I call. I Will be drafting a Division of Professional Occupations complaint to submit this afternoon regarding my “care” that I have paid for through Dr. Reider and Associates in Family Medicine/ Village Medical, save yourself the headache and hassle. Edit: Why would I reach out to you for resolution, I do not want to waste another hour and a half half on the phone trying to communicate with someone. You have the worst online portal, the worst phone system, and your Drs don’t care about their patients. I called 3 times yesterday and wasted an hour and a half of my life trying to get my primary care doctor to even call me.. and he was in the building.. LITERALLY THE WORST DOCTOR EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO THE DIVISION OF PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATIONS ABOUT DR BRYAN REIDER AND VILLAGE MEDICAL/ASSOCIATES IN FAMILY MEDICINE YOU CAN FIND OUT MY THOUGHTS THERE IF YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO CALL BACK
This place is awful now. After waiting a year to get in for a referral I was told my referral was completed. I was told I would hear from the gastroenterologist and never did. You cannot speak to anyone without stopping in. They were more concerned with trying to sell me a shingles vaccination than my history of cancer deaths in the family. I am DONE. Great idea to sell to Village Medical. This new ownership is a straight up failure!
Without a appointment they fit me in. Very thorough!
My appointment with my primary care provider went very smoothly. She answered my questions precisely in a professional yet friendly manner.
Always friendly and helpful. Very short wait.
From the time you step through the door, you are greeted and helped by the friendly professional staff. Dr Benedict always takes time to listen to my concerns and has always addressed those concerns totally. Couldn't find a better group of doctors, nurses and staff to help your entire family needs.
Did not have a long wait. Staff was friendly. My first visit to this doctor.
Great service and very speedy I was pleased
Dr McGlothlin is a wonderful provider! She is compassionate, kind and takes time to listen to your needs. Her staff is always courteous and kind. She is on time and responds promptly.
I have been seeing this office for 5 years and over the last 1.5 years, they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Every month, I am calling at minimum 3 times to have my medication sent over even though I am being told to my face that the medication is being sent over for 3 months. This month I have placed 15 calls to this office over the length of 12 days. I am 12 days without my medication because this office has a 3 day turnaround for every request. The hold times every time I call are around 10 minutes. This office will give you the runaround and then charge $140 a visit. They aren't worth it. The transfer to village medical has been the worst possible thing for this office. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
