I first met Dr. Kazanov several years ago at the Advanced Urgent Care facility in Frederick, MD. What struck me as unusual was his genuine interest in what I had to say. He listened to me and actually heard what I was saying. Dr. Kazanov asks questions to determine the correct treatment plan and takes into consideration those medications that do not appear to work as effectively as others. He always greets me with a smile and after several years, he remembers me when he walks into the examining room. His smile alone would melt the ears off a brass monkey!! Dr. Kazanov is a kind and very competent physician and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a physician in the Frederick area.
