Dr Dike and Kaitlyn are AMAZING! However, the office staff are horrible. I've lost full functionality of my left hand (I'm left handed) and I have to wait a month for an EMG. The front desk person I just spoke with did not try to assist in getting a sooner appt. She honestly couldn't have cared less.

Update: Dr. Dike...PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! THE FRONT DESK IS HORRIBLE. I'M ON PHONE CALL #5... They do not state their name and when you ask them they act like they can't hear you. Looks like I will be going elsewhere. Most importantly. Dr. Dike is awesome. Everything you'd expect from a good doctor. It goes downhill from there. His front office staff is rude on the phone and I've called now 3 timrs to get the CORRECT meds sent to my pharmacy. My suggestion: When the front office ansers the phone, they should say something like " thank you for calling XXX, my NAME is XXX, how can I help you"....the 2 people I talked to only identified themselves after I asked who I was speaking to ! RUDE...be PROFESSIONAL!

Dr. Dike & his staff are very caring. Not gonna lie, I waited 45 minutes to see the doc, but my appointment was late afternoon, & we all know the doc can’t control if patients before me were on time. ;) It was worth the wait to get a thorough diagnosis. He even squeezed in an additional test that wasn’t on the books & stayed past close to help me. Would definitely recommend!

Man, what a poorly run medical practice. Never, ever book an appt in the afternoon, as you will be waiting for at least 90 minutes and the last time (broke the camels back) was 2 hours and 3 minutes. The administrative staff just doesn't care, you can't get a human on the phone, and its scary when you have neurologically oriented refills that you cannot mix for the fear of seizures or major issues. I have wondered several times over the past year if the doors were locked up...that is literally how long it takes to get a call back. Dr Dike himself is kind and has average medical and solutioning knowledge, but the wraparound mess that surrounds this practice should make you look elsewhere.

My daughter's appointment was thorough and we feel confident she has found the right Neurologist.

Definitely did not want to come down to a bad review, but I feel like the community of Frisco should know how insincere the office manager (very confrontational and rude), staff (who looks like they just rolled out of bed and have "cardi b nails"), and assistances' are for someone with ANY neurological issue. The staff never answers the phone, is very inconsiderate of time management (clearly since they do not answer phones), and the business is in it for the money, not the well being of the patient. Fortunately, Dr. Dike himself is a wonderful doctor, listens well, and is very personable. But for the amount of trouble the office has given me and all I have gone through to get in touch with Dr. Dike, whom has given his cell number out for emergencies, of which I have been trying to call in regards to an EMERGENCY and NO ONE is getting Dr. Dike to contact me. (you may ask well if he gave out his number why don't you have it? - Time frame and phone log on apple devices do not keep record of calls - if you know you know). For someone to have gone through hellacious and life changing events I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Very patient and listened to my concerns.
